The Global Digital Hub has newly been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design.
The Opportunity:
As a Content Editor in the growing medical writing team within Roche Services & Solutions you will play a crucial role in reviewing and editing various forms of content, such as articles, blog posts, social media posts, website content, and promotional materials related to medical and healthcare topics.
In this position you will be focusing on:

Review and edit medical content for different formats / digital channels and platforms.

Ensure that content is clear, concise, and engaging for the target audience.

Review content, structure and layout of deliverables to ensure accuracy, adherence to brand guidelines and compliance with regulatory requirements, as well as with Roche best practices.

Collaborate with writers, subject matter experts, and marketing teams to understand the content objectives and deliver high-quality content.

Provide feedback and guidance to writers to improve the quality of their content and support their professional development.

Diligently keep up to date with, and follow, all applicable company standard operating procedures. Ensure that all content is optimized for search engines and follows best practices for digital marketing.
Who you are:

Full (native-level) proficiency in written and spoken English.
-
Excellent attention to detail, consistency, clarity and high quality standards.
-
2-4 years experience as an editor in a similar role. Experience in editing and proofreading written content for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as journalism, communications, English, life sciences, or a related discipline.

Experience in, or passion for pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences topics.

Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including content creation, SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing.

Familiarity with medical terminology, scientific research, and regulatory guidelines related to healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing is advantageous.

Salary starts from 1800 EUR gross/monthly. Final salary depends on the successful candidate's level of experience, skills and qualifications.
