As a Content & Document Experience Analyst in our Core Service - Centre of Excellence group, You should be passionate about solving business problems through logical mindset and innovation. You should embrace a culture of experimentation and constantly strive for improvement and learning. You will work in a collaborative & trusting environment that encourages diversity of thoughts and creative solutions that are in the best interest of our customers globally. The Content and Document Experience team supports the Wealth Management line of business, providing digitized content & document management capabilities for WM business globally. We are currently currently establishing a center of excellence team to offer best class services to our stakeholders, and we are looking for a "Content Management Analyst", who will be responsible for the development & support of templates, documents, testing business rules and supporting deployment activities.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Liaises with Product Owner, business users and other Center of Excellence members to identify, assess and document business requirements related to templates and support issues
  • Sets-up templates in the most optimized way using Product features by getting template or content level requirements from our users or stakeholders
  • Navigates through complex problems and come with innovative solution
  • Understands credit, fee, client onboarding concepts and private banking products a plus
  • Demonstrates a strong controls perspective and have risk or compliance awareness around the content management world
  • Makes content that are fully compliant with tagging & navigation for visually impaired people under American Disability Act


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • At least 3 years of experience in product management or program management assisting in strategic or transformational change
  • Relevant experience in Wealth Management, Asset Management, Digital Banking, or a closely related business is required
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrates ability to manage tight delivery timelines, and ensure our organization is on track to execute and deliver strategic change that meets our goals
  • Proven ability to execute via successful internal partnerships with other organizations - with the ability to influence people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions
  • Excellent leadership skills - of product, programs, projects, teams and/or employee; Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to crisply articulate complex concepts to senior audiences with poise and confidence
  • Escalate potential issues or concerns to management team
  • Good command on MS-Word, Acrobat PDF & MS-Excel
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience required
