As a Data Operations Senior Associate - Business Decision Modelling within the Product Support team, you will play a pivotal role in utilizing Business Decision Models as a low-code solution to efficiently create, manage, and automate complex decision-making processes with minimal coding effort. You will be crucial in accelerating the development cycle, enhancing agility, reducing errors, and ensuring consistency across various operational workflows. Additionally, you will also be providing support to our Data Quality Initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Business Decision Models using Signavio to automate and streamline decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that decision models align with business objectives.
  • Design, test, and deploy decision models, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and maintainable.
  • Monitor and optimize decision models to improve performance and accuracy.
  • Provide training and support to team members on the use of Signavio and decision modeling best practices.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy in decision-making processes across various operational workflows.
  • Support Data Quality Initiatives by integrating decision models with data quality frameworks and tools.
  • Document decision models, processes, and workflows to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in decision modeling and low-code solutions.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business decision modeling, specifically with Signavio or other similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of low-code or no-code platforms and their application in business process automation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective decision models.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and data quality management.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Experience with other business process management (BPM) tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of business process modeling notation (BPMN) and decision model and notation (DMN).
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Certification in Signavio or related BPM tools.
