Content Curator Specialist, GCC-Assurant
The Content Curator Specialist will work closely with our company's artificial intelligence-powered virtual HR assistant, case management, and knowledge management tool to ensure the quality and accuracy of responses to employee queries, identification of opportunities to improve. This specialist will lead the strategy, development, and optimization of all HR-related content within our AI-powered virtual assistant (chatbot). This role is critical to ensure that our chatbot delivers accurate, high-confidence, and contextually relevant responses to employees across the organization.
This position will be in Hyderabad/Bangalore/Chennai at our India location.
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
The specialist must have a strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and autonomous agent frameworks, and how these technologies influence conversational AI performance. The role will serve as the bridge between HR subject matter expertise and AI system design, ensuring that content is not only accurate but also aligned with the evolving capabilities of AI.
Content Strategy & Management
- Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of HR content within the chatbot, including creation, curation, tagging, and retirement.
- Ensure content is structured and optimized for AI consumption, including prompt engineering and intent mapping.
AI & Integrations
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to align content with the capabilities of LLMs, NLP models, and autonomous agents.
- Continuously evaluate how AI advancements impact content delivery and user experience.
- Manage SharePoint repositories and define document taxonomy and metadata.
- Integrating new SharePoint sites to the knowledge base/Chatbot
- Work with SharePoint administrators to guarantee seamless integration with Chatbot
Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) Oversight
- Design and manage HITL workflows to ensure quality assurance, escalation handling, and continuous learning from human feedback.
- Monitor chatbot performance metrics (e.g., confidence scores, fallback rates, employee interactions, unhandled queries, thumbs down ratings), improve and refine content accordingly.
- Work with the employee experience team to assess survey, focus group, data-driven analytics, and process optimization results and interpret them into content improvements across HR systems, including ERIN.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), IT, and AI product teams to ensure content accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational policies.
- Work with functional SMEs to review and approve AI-generated responses to employee queries, policies, FAQs, and overall content.
- Act as the primary liaison between HR and AI development teams for content-related initiatives.
- Drive communications and assist with change management regarding overall process improvements implemented to key stakeholders.
Governance & Compliance
- Maintain content governance standards, version control, and audit trails including managing an annual policy review periods.
- Ensure all content complies with legal, ethical, and DEI standards.
Financial Responsibility
- Utilize KPI’s and other Key Metric drivers to show value realization from deployed gen AI solutions
What are the requirements needed for this position?
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Information Science, Linguistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong writing skills and ability to translate complex policies into clear language
- 3+ Years of experience analyzing user behavior data (e.g., chatbot logs, ticket categories)
- Strong Knowledge in SharePoint or digital repositories
- Knowledge of taxonomy, content structure, and tagging strategies
- Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Legal, IT and regional stakeholders
- English fluency (written and spoken)
- Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools for content analytics
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
- Demonstrated track record of implementing technology solutions using structured methodologies (Scrum)
- Experience with AI and natural language processing technologies
- Experience working in a global HR environment.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI training data curation.
- Knowledge of data privacy and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
