WHO WE ARE
We’re not in the wing business. We’re in the flavor business. It’s been our mission to Serve the World Flavor since we first opened in 1994, and we’re just getting started. 1997 saw the opening of our first brand partner operated Wingstop location, and by 2002 we had served the world one billion wings. It’s flavor that defines us and has made Wingstop one of the fastest growing brands in the restaurant industry.
Above all else – our success is largely due to our people and our core values, or what we call The Wingstop Way of being entrepreneurial, service-minded, fun, and authentic. We believe having a strong people foundation centered on these collective values creates a crave-worthy culture and talented team, as well as ensures our brand is poised for accelerated growth. We all win together.
WHAT WE’LL NEED
We’re looking for a hands-on Content Creator who can bring the Wingstop flavor, food, and culture to life across social and digital platforms through compelling visual narratives. A fast-moving visual storyteller who helps Wingstop create more content, more often, and respond to culture faster. This role is built for someone who thrives behind the camera and loves making content at speed: from capturing moments in real time to editing fast-turnaround assets that feel culturally relevant, platform-native, and unmistakably Wingstop. Just as importantly, this person has strong editorial instincts and understands how to identify the moments worth capturing, how to make food look craveable, and how to balance speed with quality.
This role focuses on content creation—the capture, editing, and delivery of always-on social-first content across Wingstop's owned channels, partnering closely with the Social team, which leads channel management, publishing strategy, community engagement, and performance reporting.
You understand how people consume content across platforms and how to create stories that feel native to each environment. You combine strong creative instincts with an understanding of audience behavior, helping Wingstop create content that earns attention, sparks engagement, and supports broader brand and business goals.
This role requires a balance of creative vision and execution, combining independent creative judgment with hands-on content production. The ideal candidate develops original concepts, determines the creative approach, and produces high-quality content in fast-moving environments where content is often created and published in near real time. You’re equally comfortable shooting on a phone or professional camera setup and have a commitment to balancing speed with quality.
You’ll collaborate closely with creative, social, brand, and marketing teams to help produce work that’s aligned with Wingstop’s brand identity. This role requires strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills to operate effectively across a highly cross-functional marketing organization.
While this role is primarily focused on content capture and editing, we value creators who bring ideas, strong creative instincts, and curiosity to the table.
