Produce short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok, from scripting to filming and basic editing
Appear on camera to deliver engaging, educational, and entertaining content
Translate math and educational topics into simple, relatable, and trend-relevant storytelling
Publish content consistently and at scale, with frequent testing and iteration
Monitor and analyze content performance (views, watch time, retention, saves, shares)
Optimize content based on performance insights and platform trends
Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to align content with campaigns and messaging
Proven track record of producing monthly FYP or high-performing organic content (portfolio or account examples required)
Hands-on experience managing or contributing to brand social media accounts (education or consumer brands preferred)
Experience creating short-form content at scale with frequent posting and testing cycles
Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms, trends, and best practices
Comfortable appearing in front of the camera and storytelling on-screen
Familiar with basic social media performance metrics such as views, watch time, retention, saves, and shares
Creative, proactive, and highly adaptive to trends and feedback
