Responsibilities:
- Receive briefs from supervisors and clients to develop various types of content.
- Manage and create creative content specifically for TikTok IG
- Take responsibility for the creative vision and quality of content produced.
- Craft professional content, ensuring it is engaging, accurate, and follows project or brand guidelines.
- Make revisions as needed to improve content performance and audience engagement.
- Organize and track projects efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Use digital tools and platforms (e.g., analytics tools, content management systems) to optimize content performance.
- Stay updated on TikTok trends and insights to improve and optimize content.
- Generate new ideas, experiment with different approaches, and champion innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to prepare monthly performance reports.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in content creation or creative work for social media.
- Strong understanding of and interest in TikTok.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Strong supervisory, people management, or leadership skills (if applicable).
- Good planning, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas independently.
