Job Description
As a Content & Creative Manager, your role is to work with the Marketing team to build a social-first presence for the brand, and to create and innovate with new ideas and initiatives that put Visa on the map.
- Build and execute regional content strategies, playbooks and innovative content platforms for the CEMEA region, with a focus on business priorities and regional needs.
- Deliver strategies, solutions and output for content that level up social channel performance across the board.
- Develop creative ideas and solutions for priority themes and verticals that resonate with consumers and clients.
- Create platform-first strategies to maximize reach and engagement on organic content.
- Level up creator collaborations and approaches across the region with innovative solutions.
- Create compelling video and static content for diverse social channels.
- Serve as a connection between global and regional teams to deliver on common goals, and company and regional priorities and regional needs.
- Utilize data and analysis to inform and improve content strategies and to set measurement frameworks to analyze and report back on impact and performance of content outputs.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
- 7 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- Bold, strategic and creative mindset, ability to problem-solve challenges and develop innovative solutions that directly align with business priorities.
- Experience in creating content strategies across diverse social channels, combined with flawless tactical delivery and ability to create content with measurable output.
- Curious and willing to learn and take on innovative approaches to content creation.
- 3-5 years of experience working in content strategy, creative development and content creation at an agency or tech company.
- Strong understanding of data and analysis to inform creative decisions.
- Skilled in Adobe Suite (designing, editing, producing content).
- Experience working with content creators is a plus.
