You'll work directly with the founders to shape Flai's voice, tell customer stories, launch products, and establish Flai as the category leader in AI for automotive. The raw material is all here: measurable ROI, customers who love the product, and a market that's just beginning to pay attention to AI.

What You'll Do

  • Own Flai's brand, content, and storytelling end to end.

  • Turn customer results into case studies, videos, testimonials, and thought leadership.

  • Write across LinkedIn, the website, email, product launches, and sales collateral.

  • Develop messaging that makes complex AI technology clear and compelling.

  • Collaborate with designers, freelancers, and agencies to execute ambitiously.

Who You Are

  • 2 to 6 years in content, brand, product, or growth marketing at a B2B tech company.

  • An exceptional writer with a portfolio you own, not just contributed to.

  • Curious about AI, energized by new markets, and comfortable figuring things out.

  • High ownership, strong follow-through, bias toward shipping.

Nice to have: early-stage startup experience, AI or vertical SaaS background, founder brand building, video content production.

Skills Required

  • 2 to 6 years of experience in content marketing, brand marketing, customer marketing, product marketing, or a similar B2B marketing role
  • Strong writing ability and a portfolio of work
  • Experience creating customer-backed content such as case studies, testimonials, customer stories, or sales narratives
  • Experience producing video content with freelancers, agencies, or internal teams
  • Strong judgment for content specificity, credibility, and differentiation
  • Ability to turn rough input into polished external content
  • Comfort learning a complex industry
  • High ownership and strong follow-through
