Job Summary
Curate and maintain Chinese researcher profiles by reviewing profile data, resolving bibliographic and metadata issues, and ensuring high standards of accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
Job Responsibilities
Review, curate, and maintain Chinese researcher profiles to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and correct attribution.
Analyze and resolve profile-level issues related to authorship, affiliations, publications, and other bibliographic metadata.
Apply editorial guidelines, business rules, and workflow procedures consistently across curation activities.
Handle moderately complex profile correction and identity resolution tasks with a high degree of accuracy and judgment.
Identify data inconsistencies, quality issues, and exception patterns, and take appropriate corrective action.
Work closely with internal stakeholders and partner teams to clarify profile data and support workflow execution.
Contribute to quality checks, process adherence, and continuous improvement of profile curation standards.
Maintain required productivity, quality, and turnaround time targets.
Support onboarding and knowledge sharing for new colleagues where needed.
Contribute to operational initiatives and other content curation activities aligned to business priorities.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Relevant experience in content operations, editorial work, data curation, bibliographic review, or a similar field.
Fluency in spoken and written Chinese, with good command of English.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Chinese names, affiliations, publication data, and identity-resolution challenges.
Experience in researcher profile curation, scholarly metadata, academic publishing, or bibliographic content operations.
Experience working with quality-driven operational workflows.
