About the role

Great opportunity for a high performing individual who enjoys problem-solving, helping others, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Contact Centre Manager, the role of Service Works Controller will be responsible to ensure that Customers and Technicians who are calling receive prompt, effective, and friendly telephone support, priority being placed on resolving calls.

Other duties include:

  • Meeting customer expectations for service quality
  • Identify priority and urgency for each inquiry and accurately translate information
  • Fulfill requests for consumables and parts orders for technicians and customers.
  • Adherence to schedule to ensure customer SLA is met and delays are communicated effectively according to priority, effective route, and response time
  • Requesting parts from Techs and warehouses around the country
  • Logging, assigning & completing service calls as required 
  • Direct jobs to correct technician for any service call type (Installation, Fault, Resites) 
  • Escalate fault calls as appropriate



Skills & experience

We are looking for someone who has customer service skills.  Along with this, you will also have:

  • Previous Contact Centre experience
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Professional and friendly telephone manner
  • High level of conflict resolution skills
