We are expanding our Partner Marketing team and seeking an experienced Partner Marketing Specialist to spearhead consumer co-marketing initiatives with Microsoft. This pivotal role involves promoting Intel's state-of-the-art technologies through strategic partner advertising. The ideal candidate will excel in copywriting, content creation, and campaign execution, driving impactful marketing strategies that align with Intel's global priorities.

Key responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive co-marketing strategies that align with Intel's objectives across global, regional, and country levels.

  • Partner Engagement: Cultivate and manage relationships with Microsoft's marketing organization, collaborating with Intel's regional partner marketing managers.

  • Campaign Execution: Oversee end-to-end project management of co-marketing campaigns, including creative/media development, KPI tracking, budget management, and ROI analysis.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Global Field Sales, Business Group Marketing, and country marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution.

  • Program Oversight: Manage co-marketing approvals, train partners on program enhancements, and maintain the account's Plan of Record.

  • Performance Evaluation: Evaluate partner marketing executions to ensure Intel integration and adherence to program guidelines.

  • Executive Communication: Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and participate in Quarterly Business Reviews.

As a successful candidate, you must possess:

  • Proven cross-functional leadership and influence skills, with a strong understanding of Intel's AI solutions and product offerings.

  • Exceptional customer engagement and relationship management abilities.

  • A strategic mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive measurable results.

  • Experience managing multiple workstreams across internal teams and external partners, including agencies, retailers, and media vendors.

  • A passion for collaboration in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business STEM or related field.

  • 4+ years of marketing experience.

  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role in a Global Sales or Global Marketing organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience with:

    • Strong understanding of Intel's AI solutions and product offerings.

    • Partner co-marketing experience

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:

$115,540.00-235,700.00 USD

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. * Job posting details (such as work model, location or time type) are subject to change.
