As Consumer Marketing Director – OneBlade, you will lead this transformation. This is a category-creating role combining consumer-led innovation, brand building, commercial leadership and social-first activation to redefine how OneBlade serves consumers globally.

1. Define the OneBlade Growth Strategy

  • Set the global vision, strategy and roadmap for OneBlade.
  • Identify where OneBlade can disrupt established grooming and personal care conventions.
  • Translate the ambition into clear portfolio, innovation, brand, channel and market priorities.
  • Build alignment across Business, Regions, Innovation, Design, Marcom, Sales and Finance.

2. Lead Portfolio and Innovation

  • Own the innovation pipeline from consumer insight through launch and scaling.
  • Expand OneBlade beyond Intimate into new propositions, occasions and personal care segments.
  • Build the roadmap around a deep understanding of consumer routines, unmet needs and cultural expectations.
  • Guide proposition design, positioning, claims, pricing and portfolio architecture.
  • Make clear choices across consumer value, technical feasibility, speed and commercial potential.

3. Build a Distinctive Brand

  • Define how OneBlade can show up credibly while remaining connected to the master brand.
  • Create propositions and experiences relevant to younger, digitally engaged consumers.
  • Partner with Marcom to build culturally relevant, social-first communication and creator strategies.
  • Connect product, packaging, communication and retail execution into one consistent consumer experience.
  • Build long-term brand affinity, advocacy and preference.

4. Disrupt the Grooming Market

  • Develop the strategy to establish OneBlade across personal care and wet-aisle environments.
  • Build winning channel and retail models with priority customers such as Walmart, dm and leading e-commerce platforms.
  • Partner with Regional and Sales leaders to unlock distribution, visibility, conversion and adoption.
  • Create compelling customer narratives and scalable market-launch models.
  • Identify partnerships and new commercial models that can accelerate category creation.

5. Own Business Performance

  • Be accountable for the growth, profitability, market share and portfolio health of OneBlade.
  • Translate the long-term ambition into annual priorities, investment choices and measurable milestones.
  • Lead performance reviews and act quickly on consumer response, market adoption and business results.
  • Optimize pricing, mix, innovation productivity and marketing investment.
  • Balance long-term category creation with strong near-term delivery.

6. Lead the Mission and Team

  • Lead and develop the Senior Consumer Marketing Manager – OneBlade.
  • Create an entrepreneurial culture with clear ownership, fast decision-making and high accountability.
  • Mobilize cross-functional teams behind a shared mission in a complex global organization.
  • Influence senior stakeholders through strong strategic thinking, compelling storytelling and fact-based recommendations.
  • Build the capabilities required to win in personal care, innovation and social-first marketing.

What Success Looks Like

  • OneBlade is established as a significant global growth pillar for the franchise.
  • A differentiated strategy and multi-year innovation pipeline are in place.
  • The portfolio expands successfully beyond intimate grooming.
  • OneBlade builds meaningful relevance and affinity with consumers.
  • Strong retail presence is created across priority channels and customers.
  • Scalable propositions and launch models are adopted by key markets.

You Are the Right Fit If You Have

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Innovation or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in consumer marketing, category leadership or innovation.
  • Strong experience in Beauty, Personal Care, FMCG, Consumer Health or a related consumer category.
  • A proven track record of building or transforming brands and categories for consumers.
  • Experience developing global strategies and translating them into successful market execution.
  • Demonstrated success leading consumer-led innovation and complex product launches.
  • Strong commercial understanding across portfolio management, pricing, profitability, retail and e-commerce.
  • Experience with major global retailers or digital commerce platforms is an advantage.
  • A strong understanding of social-first brand building, creators and younger consumer behavior.
  • The ability to lead, influence and make bold choices in a global matrix organization.
  • Business fluency in English.

This is an opportunity to create one of the next major growth platforms for OneBlade—not simply by extending an existing portfolio, but by shaping a new category and redefining how a global grooming brand serves consumers.
