Reporting to the Chief Consumer
Insights Officer, the Consumer
Insights Analyst is responsible for analyzing data to identify key
trends and providing actionable insights to guide strategic decision-making.
Accountabilities
Business Development
· Support the design and execution of research studies,
including survey/questionnaire development and sample selection.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify
key business objectives and develop research plans to support business growth.
· Stay updated on the latest research methodologies,
tools, and technologies to enhance research processes and insights generation.
· Identify opportunities to innovate and improve
consumer research techniques, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
Data Analysis
· Utilize qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
to gather consumer insights, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and
data analytics.
· Analyze and interpret data from surveys, interviews, focus
groups, and other sources to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
· Use statistical techniques to draw conclusions from data.
Reporting
· Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that
effectively communicate research findings and actionable insights to
stakeholders.
· Create visually appealing and concise reports to present
complex data in a clear and understandable manner.
Requirements
Education and Experience
· Bachelor of Science Degree in business administration,
marketing, analytics or statistics
· A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in customer
insights, market research, data analysis, or a similar role
Required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
· Good working knowledge of data analysis software (SPSS, SAS,
R)
· Experience with data visualization tools
· Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative research
methods
· Ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously while
meeting deadlines
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word,
PowerPoint)
· Ability to work independently on projects in a fast-paced
environment
· Excellent communication, presentation, and project management
skills
· Self-motivated and able to adjust to change
Skills Required
