Sales Representative – Kingston

Job Summary:
Our Kingston-based Client, whose main operation includes sourcing, supplying and maintenance of industrial equipment and spares, is
seeking Sales Representatives to generate sales within the Kingston region,
build relationships with clients, and represent the company’s products and
services. The Sales Representative is expected to function independently with
limited supervision and must have industrial sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and convert new sales leads across the
Kingston area.
- Maintain existing customer relationships through
regular follow-up.
- Conduct product presentations and respond to customers
inquiries.
- Prepare quotes, close deals, and follow up on
deliveries and after-sales support.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent negotiation and customer relationship
skills.
- Confidence and professionalism in presenting
solutions.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales
territory.
- Goal-oriented with strong self-discipline.
- Basic technical understanding of industrial products.
- Good record-keeping and time management.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Business, or a related
field.
- 2+ years’ industrial sales experience.
- Valid Jamaican driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Working Conditions:
- Field-based work within the Kingston metropolitan
area.
- Occasional office visits for meetings, reporting, or
inventory coordination.
- Regular travel to client sites, including warehouses,
hotels, and industrial settings.
- Requires flexible hours depending on client
availability.
Skills Required

- 2+ years' industrial sales experience
- Valid Jamaican driver's license and reliable vehicle
