Responsibilities:
Supports the planning and execution of consumer engagement activities aimed at enhancing brand interaction, loyalty, and awareness
You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:
• Assist in implementing consumer engagement campaigns and activations across social media, digital platforms, and on-ground events.
• Support the creation and scheduling of content for social media and community channels.
• Help monitor and respond to consumer feedback and inquiries on digital platforms.
• Coordinate logistics for consumer events, sampling programs, and influencer collaborations.
• Track engagement metrics and prepare basic reports on campaign performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of consumer engagement initiatives.
• Stay updated on consumer trends and emerging platforms to support campaign planning and activation
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
• Educational/professional qualifications required: - Diploma/Degree holder with management, Psychology, marketing, communication or business discipline.
• At least 1 year working experience in consumer care, customer service or call center environment.
• Good communication skills both oral & written (Bahasa Malaysia & English)
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Independent, proactive, detailed and results-oriented
• Has a friendly personality with good consumer care skills
• Must be able to work in a fast-moving working environment and able to cope with tight timelines and working on-ground
• Willingness to learn and lead projects
