Consumer lending and underwriting experience required, including evaluating moderate to complex and higher-risk loan applications.

- Supervise and communicate credit procedures, providing advice, guidance, and work direction, and train credit representatives and supervisors to ensure proper loan decisions are made and guidelines followed.
- Assist in the final determination of loan decisions, recommending credit decisions to Senior Management when warranted.
- Communicate, build, and maintain relationships with dealers and brokers.
- Manage assigned region, including workflow, credit decisions, and employee development/evaluation.
- Exercise override authority.
- Develop/implement credit procedures and monitor efficiency, making recommendations and modifications when appropriate.
- Maintain professional etiquette and adhere to Privacy Act Guidelines.
- Understand and apply regulatory compliance issues in relation to Reg. B, HMDA, Adverse Action, Fair Lending and Fraud Procedures.
- Participate in future planning, solutions, and acquisitions.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
- Primarily support loans sourced through Indirect channels such as car and boat dealerships, requiring regularly working weekend or evening hours to support these dealerships
Exercise lending authority to $200,000. Works under limited supervision.

Education and Experience Required:Bachelor’s degree and two years of Consumer or Commercial Credit work experience required, or in lieu of a degree, a combined six years higher education and/or Consumer or Commercial work experience
