Job Summary
The Consumer Credit Operations Supervisor supports the consumer lending function by supervising and training consumer credit operations specialists, preparing documents, onboarding, and imaging consumer loans, and performing collateral tasks related to consumer loans.
Essential Functions

- Train, supervise, and provide guidance to Consumer Credit Operations Specialists.
- Accurate and timely preparation of consumer loan documents along with review functions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies.
- Onboarding and servicing functions related to consumer loans on the bank's core system. This includes maintenance functions, reviewing various notices and reports, and checking back the prior day's work.
- Responsible for storing documents and configuring consumer loans in the document imaging system.
- Works with various aspects of collateral to ensure collateral is perfected and lien position is maintained. This includes filing and searches at state and county levels.
- Creating and maintaining procedural documents related to job functions.
- Identify and present relevant topics related to loan processing at Credit Operations Calls.
Education & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of bank credit operations or similar experience.
- Team-oriented with a focus on supporting & leading others within the department.
- Have a general understanding of the lending function.
- Possess excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team environment, and be willing and able to adapt to change.
- High regard for detail with the ability to detect errors and follow through on corrections.
- Ability to work well with deadlines.
- Capable of multitasking
- Able to work independently

Skills Required
