We will count on you to:
Support clients and participate in strategic discussions alongside managers or senior consultants.
Analyze major medical expense programs, including coverage, terms, and scope.
Assess plan competitiveness based on market data and industry trends.
Identify opportunities for cost containment and benefits improvement.
Understand the client’s operational strategy to align recommendations and solutions.
Support complex or escalated cases.
What you need to have:
New graduate or a bachelor's degree with graduation no more than 4 years in Actuarial Science, Economics, Administration or related careers.
Internship experience or no more than 4 years, preferably in areas of finances
A high level of communication skills, essential for establishing good working relationships
Working knowledge of Microsoft Offic Word, Excel , and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with IA
English language fluency
