Octopus is currently searching for a forward-thinking Transformation Management Manager to join our esteemed team, collaborating with a notable company headquartered in Riyadh.

Position Overview: The Transformation Management Manager will lead strategic initiatives aimed at driving transformation across the organization. This role involves managing multidisciplinary teams, facilitating change through innovative approaches, and ensuring alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership capabilities, adeptness in stakeholder management, and a proven track record of successful transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Transformation Strategy:
  • Develop and implement transformation strategies aligned with organizational goals and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define vision, objectives, and key performance indicators for transformation initiatives.

Project Management:

  • Lead cross-functional project teams, overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of transformation projects.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget while fulfilling quality standards.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather insights, promote objectives, and ensure buy-in on transformation initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to foster collaboration and address challenges that arise during the transformation process.

Change Management:

  • Develop change management plans to support the successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and cultural shifts.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, refining approaches as necessary.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, technology advancement, and other enhancements to drive operational efficiency.
  • Implement best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
Requirements
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 6-8 years of experience in transformation management, consulting, or related fields.
    • Hands-on experience leading large-scale transformation projects and initiatives in a corporate environment.
  • Certifications:
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant project management certification is preferred.
    • Certifications in Change Management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) are a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of transformation frameworks and methodologies.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
    • Familiarity with data analysis and performance measurement tools.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with a capability to influence and motivate diverse teams.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex challenges.
    • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Ability to travel as required for project initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing business demands and priorities.

Working Conditions:

  • Some travel may be required for client engagements and project work.
  • The ability to work in a dynamic environment with competing priorities is essential.
