To support the growth of our Consulting department, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee (M/F) to assist with high-quality services for our client, primarily EU Institutions.
Your mission:
As a Trainee in our consulting department, you will support the development of our practice within the European Institutions.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting key projects and helping build client relationships.
- Assisting in qualitative and quantitative research to understand organisational processes.
- Contributing to data collection through desk research, interviews, surveys, and workshops with stakeholders.
- Analyzing data and ensuring its reliability through quality checks.
- Helping prepare reports with conclusions and recommendations for our clients.
- Assisting in developing strategies and campaigns for stakeholder engagement.
- Participating in client meetings and contributing to discussions.
- Sharing fresh ideas to enhance our services and contribute to our growth.
- Participating in team events to help strengthen our consulting practice.
Your Profile:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Interest in working in a multicultural environment on a variety of projects.
- Some experience in consulting, research, or a related field would be an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build trust-based relationships with clients.
- Comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Clear communicator, able to adapt to different audiences.
- Creative, proactive, and willing to share ideas.
- Team player, eager to learn and collaborate with others.
- Flexible and motivated to contribute to both client projects and internal initiatives.
- Fluent in English; French is a plus.
