The Red Hat Services team is looking for a Consulting Services Account Specialist to join us in Seoul, Korea. In this role, you will participate in strategic account planning sessions, territory reviews, and deal-specific account calls to identify how Red Hat can increase services' journey-based program for customers from various sectors. You'll need to have a good foundation of technical knowledge and project and scope management expertise. As a Consulting Services Account Specialist, you will create forecasts and plans for your region's consulting sales team in close collaboration with the sales management.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Manage incoming sales inquiries, coordinate services team responses, and create proposals for customers
Work closely with the partners to maximize project value
Conduct and coordinate discovery sessions, working with presales architects and consultants in some situations
Negotiate rates, project costs, terms, and statements of work (SoWs) in collaboration with the regional services manager
Provide booking forecasts
Ensure that appropriate delivery associates are involved in validating scope of engagements with your local services delivery manager
Participate in account strategy sessions
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
Required Skills:
Thorough experience selling strategies and developing proposals, contracts, close plans, and SoWs for professional services
Experience working in a customer-facing position as a professional services consultant or in a related sales position
Excellent cross-functional communication skills and consultative selling skills
Industry transformation vision and the ability to explain technical topics
Familiarity with enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, application development, and infrastructure
Experience with agile methodologies
Established sustainable network of customer relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Korean and English
