Our role:
We are looking for a Consulting Manager to lead a team of consultants and test analysts delivering meaningful outcomes for our customers.
This is a role for someone who enjoys developing people, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring successful project delivery.
A day in your role:
- Lead and develop your team -Provide coaching, mentorship, and leadership to consultants and test analysts, building a high-performing and engaged team.
- Ensure successful project delivery - Work closely with Services Directors and Project Managers to ensure projects are well resourced, delivered successfully, and meet utilisation targets.
- Build trusted customer relationships - Maintain strong engagement with customers, acting as an escalation point when required and supporting long-term partnerships.
- Drive continuous improvement - Identify opportunities to improve delivery practices, tools, and methods while promoting consistency and best practice across consulting engagements.
- Support pre-sales and service evolution - Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams by providing delivery insights, effort estimates, and contributing to proposals and service improvements.
- Reporting & Performance Insights - Partner with the Services Director to coordinate key reporting and operational metrics, providing insights that support delivery performance, resource planning, and continuous improvement
