Job DescriptionThe Digital Consulting Manager supports the end to end delivery of digital transformation and GenAI strategy engagements across GCC and NALP. This role encompasses conducting digital maturity assessments and market research, supporting GenAI use case identification and value modeling, developing digital acquisition strategies, and leading omnichannel customer journey mapping initiatives.
Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day client relationships, facilitating workshops and stakeholder sessions, developing compelling value propositions for digital banking and fintech platforms, and translating strategic recommendations into actionable roadmaps.
Beyond client delivery, the role involves supporting proposal development, contributing to thought leadership content, and participating in business development activities. The position requires hands-on involvement in deliverables while building leadership capabilities through team mentoring, knowledge sharing, and professional development of junior consultants.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
QualificationsPreferred Qualifications:
4-6 years’ experience in consulting focusing on digital projects.
Proven track record of leading digital transformation projects from strategy through execution
Financial services experience in GCC/NALP (banking/fintech)
Demonstrated experience in GenAI/AI strategy and implementation
