Job Description:
Consultants for various and unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S (HQ: Chicago, IL). Provide sales compensation and performance analytics and support for sales teams, leadership and other stakeholders. Produce sales compensation effectiveness metrics and analytical dashboards. Model plan changes, document current processes, and help ensure proper compliance and governance. Promote data-driven decisions and insights, while helping to drive automation. Perform various financial analyses on plan design changes and special incentives. Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, and alternatives for improvement by forming the correlation between business strategies and drivers and technology capabilities. Technical environment: budgeting, revenue forecasting, Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire, Oracle Client 11gR2, SQL, PL/SQL, VBA automation, Visio, HP Quality Center, Alteryx, R, Mongo DB, Google Analytics, Agile.
Job Requirement:
*Master's degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field plus 2 years of experience in financial/data analysis required. Required skills: budgeting, revenue forecasting, Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire, Oracle Client 11gR2, SQL, PL/SQL, VBA automation, Visio, HP Quality Center, Mongo DB, Google Analytics, Agile. Required certifications: SAFe Scrum Master; Mongo DB for Developers; Google Analytics Essential Training; Advanced SQL for Data Scientists. 100% Telecommuting permitted. (*Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field plus 5 years of progressive experience in financial/data analysis also acceptable).

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $138,715/yr- $138,715/yr. annually. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may also be eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
