Fixed-term 4 month service contract role supporting the KYC & AFU team at Network International Jordan.
The role covers high-volume data entry and operational KYC/ AFU support tasks as directed by the Team Lead.
- Perform high-volume data entry and record updates on internal merchant management systems
- Supports KYC & AFU operational tasks including document review and data verification
- Coordinate with the KYC team to escalate flagged cases
- Maintain accuracy and audit trail integrity acorss all records
- Meet daily and weekly processing targets within the agreed project timeline
- Experience in KYC, compliance, or data entry within a financial or payment environment
- Familiarity with CBJ KYC documentation requirments is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work at high volume
- Good communication skills in Arabic & English
