Key Responsibilities

Fieldwork & Study Execution

  • Manage end‑to‑end fieldwork for quantitative and qualitative studies, ensuring timelines, quotas, and quality standards are met.
  • Oversee healthcare research projects involving HCP and patient recruitment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years market research experience, including hands-on responsibility for managing fieldwork execution.
  • Experience in healthcare market research, with direct exposure to HCP and patient recruitment.
  • Experience performing feasibility assessments across a range of study types and target audiences.
  • Strong operational, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple studies simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic SQL proficiency, with experience querying, reviewing, and validating data for feasibility analysis, recruitment tracking, or quality assurance.
  • Advanced level of english

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in vendor management, including pricing negotiations and cost control.
  • Demonstrated consultative leadership, with the ability to guide account teams and stakeholders concerning optimal fielding strategies, trade-offs, and risk mitigation.
  • Track record of developing custom recruitment solutions for hard-to-reach audiences or aggressive timelines.
  • Experience training, coaching, or overseeing junior staff and/or offshore teams.
  • Familiarity with online survey platforms (ConfirmIT/Decipher) and digital data collection tools.
  • Experience creating and enforcing SOPs in a growing or evolving organization.
