About Kauza
Kauza is a Nordic Shopper Insights- and consultancy company delivering fact-based advisory and shopper insights to FMCG retailers and brand owners across the Nordic region. Powered by a state-of-the-art tech stack built on cloud technology and machine learning, we enable near real-time access to shopper behaviour and purchase data. Kauza is a part of Worldpanel by Numerator, the world’s leading data, insights and consulting company. We understand more about how people think, feel, shop, share, vote and view than anyone else. Combining our expertise in human understanding with advanced technologies.
As we continue our ambitious Nordic expansion, we are now seeking a Shopper Insights Consultant to join our growing team, based in either Copenhagen, Malmø or Stockholm.
The Role
As a Shopper Insights Consultant, you will work closely with several of Kauza’s FMCG clients to turn complex shopper data into clear strategic insights and recommendations. You will play a key role in delivering impactful analyses, leading client dialogues, and shaping the commercial use of our data solutions especially in the Swedish market, but also with cross Nordic clients.
This role involves sales, high client interaction, responsibility for delivering insight-driven projects, and the opportunity to influence how Kauza develops and scales its analytical offer. You will support commercial growth by identifying new opportunities and strengthening client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the go-to insights partner for mainly Swedish, but also Nordic FMCG clients.
• Lead analyses of shopper data and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
• Prepare and deliver insight-rich presentations that translate data into business impact.
• Manage your own workload and proactively anticipate client needs.
• Identify opportunities to grow client partnerships and contribute to commercial development.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across the Nordics to develop innovative solutions.
What You Bring
• Master’s degree in marketing, Economics, Business or similar.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Professional proficiency in Swedish and English.
• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Passion for consumer and shopper behaviour, with curiosity and critical thinking.
• A proactive, collaborative, and structured working style with attention to detail.
Nice to Have
• Experience within FMCG, retail, or market research.
• Experience working with client management and multi-stakeholder projects.
• Knowledge of statistical concepts or data-driven commercial analysis.
What We Offer
At Kauza, you will join an ambitious and dynamic Nordic team committed to advancing the use of data-driven decision-making in FMCG. You will have the opportunity to influence both our analytical approach and our market expansion, while working with cutting-edge data and some of the most experienced consultants in the field.
