Cedar is
seeking to hire Associate Consultants & Consultants with 4- 8 years of
relevant experience for its Banking Technology Practice that assists banks in
digital strategy formulation, vendor selection, and program management across a
range of technologies and systems. We have a center of excellence in Digital
and Core Banking. Our mandates are strategic, board mandated technology
programs. The position is based in Cairo with extensive international travel
exposure.
Role
includes being part of delivery team, with engagements across technology transformation programs including Digital
& IT Strategy formulation, supplier selection & implementation programs.
Other opportunities to work on strategy transformations and execution programs.
- MBA
from top-tier B-School with 4-5 years of relevant experience
- Analytical,
solution focus approach to problem solving.
- Understanding
of Fin Services / Fintech would be valued
- Excellent
academic pedigree and performance
- Strong
verbal & written communication skills
- Excited
with international travel
- PMP / Prince 2 / Six
Sigma certifications would be a plus
Skills Required
- MBA from a top-tier business school with 4-5 years relevant experience
- 4-8 years of relevant experience in banking technology or consulting
- Experience in digital and IT strategy formulation, vendor selection, and program management
- Strong analytical, problem-identification and solution-development skills
- Excellent academic pedigree and performance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; experience engaging CXO/senior client personnel
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word and project management tools
- Willingness to undertake extensive international travel
- Understanding of Financial Services / FinTech
- PMP, Prince2, or Six Sigma certification
