Global Business Consulting (GBC) is the consulting arm of American Express GBT. Our team oversees the strategic management of solutions provided to Key Accounts: Strategic diagnosis, optimization of supplier contracts, change management, optimization of travel and expense (T&E) processes, BI reporting, etc.

The French and English speaking Consultant will have strong commercial skills combined with powerful analytical skills.

The position is fully or partially remote.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver consulting engagements to GBC clients:
  • Understand the scope of work
  • Identify, implement and monitor analyses
  • Coach an analyst
  • Produce customer presentations
  • Present analyses and recommendations
• Manage projects independently
• Participate in the department's activity:
  • Participate in the development of the activity: commercial proposals, support for the development of business lines
  • Develop business expertise, participate in internal development efforts
  • Represent GBC externally (conferences, customer forums, etc.)

• Understand the company and corporate travel industry 
• A professional experience ideally acquired in a consulting firm, the business travel industry, or a purchasing department, is a plus.
