About the Role

Are you enthusiastic about assisting multinational companies to manage their international tax matters?

Whether you’re just starting your career as a Graduate or ready for the next step as a Transfer Pricing Consultant or Senior Consultant, we are looking for people who are passionate about delivering commercial outcomes and excellent client service.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Facilitating the development and implementation of transfer pricing policies from the ground up, across both Australian outbound companies and global businesses headquartered offshore.

  • Participating in client workshops to understand the client’s business operations, value-drivers and commercial strategies. Preparing transfer pricing documentation to support a variety of intercompany arrangements, including complex and unique transactions. . Assisting clients with compliance requirements including the International Dealings Schedules, Country by Country Reporting and Reportable Tax Position Schedules

  • Preparing transfer pricing and other analyses for dispute resolution and negotiations with the ATO

  • Liaising between transfer pricing, corporate and international tax, indirect tax, and other relevant service lines within BDO

About you:

  • Recent graduate, or up to 3 years’ experience in Transfer Pricing or related International Tax areas.

  • Relevant Tertiary degree, in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Legal or a combination

  • An enquiring mindset with an eye for analysing client information and problem solving

  • Time management and ability to prioritise multiple tasks

  • Strong communication skills
