What you will do
- Working effectively with respective Business stakeholders, Leadership team members, HR business partners for attracting and selecting appropriate talent.
- Own the recruiting lifecycle process beginning with understanding requirements through hiring intake meetings, develop and implement appropriate candidate sourcing strategies, sourcing candidates through self and other sources, conducting selection process, offer negotiations and candidate joining.
- Gather talent market intelligence with respect to key talent available in order to maintain an effective talent pipeline.
- Using the relevant ATS for executing the recruiting process
- Upkeep, Analysis and Presentation of relevant TA data for team, stakeholder management and business reviews.
What you need
- Graduate with minimum 3-5 years’ experience in recruiting in a process driven environment
- Proven experience in proactive sourcing for niche roles, technical roles preferably in a product software environment and ability to assess, interview & recruit top talent across hierarchy
- Excellent communication ability and strong influencing skills
- Ability to analyse data and present insights
Skills Required
- Graduate with minimum 3-5 years' experience in recruiting in a process driven environment
- Proven experience in proactive sourcing for niche and technical roles
- Experience recruiting technical roles in a product/software environment
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to execute recruiting processes
