Working under minimal supervision, this position performs effective configuration and training of Merative applications with client end users. These tasks are conducted at client sites, remotely and in the Merative classroom. A thorough understanding of healthcare –ologies and workflow, together with an understanding of company software and system features and functionalities, enables the Solutions Consultant to help the client achieve their objectives. The Solutions Consultant will establish and maintain effective and professional relationships with clients to create high satisfaction and perception of value from Merative products and services.

Develop and maintain a mastery of Merative applications in order to provide high quality user training which promotes optimal product utilization. Cross trains on Merative product lines.

Understand the applicable work environments and related client needs in order to successfully integrate the system solution into their workflow and make intelligent recommendations toward the improvement of overall department efficiency through training and education.

Ensure successful implementation and roll out of the system by:

Becoming an integral part of the project team and being engaged throughout the implementation.

Striving to understand and assess the client’s needs and providing best practices for a successful implementation.

Working with end users either individually or in groups to deliver the Merative application training that was purchased by the client.

Assist the client’s team with the design of the Merative system to meet their workflow needs.

Develop documentation and training materials required to support deployment and internal/ external training.

Manages and/or assists in preparing training related materials, checklist, agendas, and/or outlines for training delivery, as well as scheduling with the site or the facility/classroom, resources, and/or meals as needed.

Pursues a program of self-development with selected reading, seminars, and participation in continuing education.

Identifies and communicates possible improvements in the work process for customers and peers.

Performs other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or upper management.

Experience in direct customer contact, especially in a training and support roll

Willingness to travel extensively (100%)

Knowledge of anatomy.

Effective and advanced training delivery, training administration, project management, and time management skills needed.

Expertise in a variety of personal computer and business solutions software (Microsoft office apps, etc.).

Good communication skills, professional demeanor, appreciation for customer needs balanced with company interests. Ability to establish effective internal, customer, and vendor relationships.

Self-starter demonstrating initiative to develop creative solutions to address project and customer needs. Flexibility and commitment to contribute as needed to the success of the project.
Preferred Skills
Best Practices:

Medical technologist or nursing industry recognized certification (e.g. ARRT, RCS, RN, RDCS) preferred.

Experience in Healthcare Application training is a plus.

Clinical experience, preferably in Cardiology especially Hemodynamic monitoring

Experience in Customer support and interaction especially in a healthcare environment preferred.

Clinical Cardio Experience in Non-invasive (Echo, Nuc Med or Vascular)
Education and Certification Requirements

Associates degree, four-year degree from accredited college or university preferred or minimum of 5 years of industry experience.
