What can you expect?

An outstanding opportunity has become available for a Consultant to join our Advisory team at Marsh. The successful applicant will participate in Analytics Solutions projects with a diverse range of clients.

This role will involve executing Analytics projects through identifying, analyzing, modeling, quantifying and effectively transferring risk. This position is suited for Consultants who will work across Enterprise Risk Consulting, Strategic Risk Consulting and Sustainability Risk Consulting engagements, helping clients navigate complex risk environments and make informed business decisions.

You will have the opportunity to support organizations in identifying and managing enterprise-wide risks, assessing strategic risks and opportunities, and enhancing resilience through sustainability-focused risk management approaches.

We will count on you to:

• Research, planning, execution, delivery and reporting of Analytics Solutions projects
• Support Enterprise Risk Consulting projects by helping clients identify, assess, prioritize and manage key organizational risks
• Contribute to Strategic Risk Consulting engagements by evaluating emerging risks, business challenges and opportunities that may impact long-term objectives
• Assist clients in Sustainability Risk Consulting initiatives, including sustainability-related risk assessments, resilience planning and ESG-related risk considerations
• Help projects to a high level of client satisfaction and within budget and timeframe
• Develop relevant recommendations and solutions to enhance the quantification of risk in a range of formats including analysis, modeling and reports
• Leverage AI tools and AI-enabled methodologies to improve analytics workflows, automate repetitive tasks, enhance reporting quality, and support process transformation across client engagements
• Expand your knowledge in emerging and ever-developing areas including Risk Modeling, Risk Quantification Methodologies, Enterprise Risk Management and Sustainability Risk Management
• Actively share your knowledge and skills with the wider team to facilitate overall and ongoing team capability improvement

What you need to have:

• Advanced English writing, reading and speaking proficiency
• 3-5 years of experience in Risk Consulting, Analytics, Advisory, Insurance, Risk Management or a similar field
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Interest in fields such as Risk Management, Insurance, Enterprise Risk, Strategic Risk, Sustainability Risk and Analytics
• Knowledge of risk assessment, analysis and reporting methodologies
• Knowledge of AI tools and use cases, with the ability to apply AI in data analysis, reporting and process improvement
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
