- Support innovation ecosystem players in their development by organizing and coordinating ecosystem projects such as accelerators, hackathons, workshops, and other events;
- Network and build strong relationships with various ecosystem stakeholders, including founders, mentors, partners, and institutions;
- Contribute to designing agendas and programs for innovation ecosystem projects and initiatives;
- Support the development of innovation and startup ecosystems through local and international consulting projects;
- Assist in the implementation of international donor-funded projects focused on entrepreneurship and innovation;
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including translation of materials where needed;
- Create and edit content for reports, presentations, and communication materials;
- Conduct data analysis to support project insights, reporting, and decision-making;
- Develop presentations and slide decks for internal and external stakeholders;
- Coordinate and organize both offline and online events, ensuring smooth execution;
- Contribute to capacity-building projects, including training programs, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Innovation Management, Economics, Business Management, Finance, or a related field;
At least 1 year of experience working in innovation management, analytics, market research, auditing, or management consulting;
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
Proposal and grant writing experience;
Excellent skills in writing, well-structuring, and composing argumentative texts;
Openess to taking on challenges and seeing them as opportunities for growth;
Ability to thrive in deadline-driven and project-based environments;
Fluent level of Ukrainian and at least intermediate level of English, both verbal and written;
Readiness to reach for excellence and produce results that add value to the business;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
