Support innovation ecosystem players in their development through organising and coordinating ecosystem projects: accelerators, hackathons, workshops etc;
Help startups develop their ideas and solutions, attract funding and reach out to investors;
Network and build relationships with various ecosystem players;
Scout startups and individuals with innovative ideas to participate in different programs and events;
Support in designing agendas and programs for startup ecosystem projects;
Build innovation ecosystems through consulting projects locally and globally;
Implement international donor-funded projects related to building the innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystem;
Support grant-funding project implementation
Requirements:
Master's degree in Innovation Management, Economics, Business Management, Finance, or a related field;
2+ years of experience working in innovation management, analytics, market research, auditing, or management consulting;
- Experience with EU-funded/ donor-funded projects;
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
Proposal and grant writing experience;
Excellent skills in writing, well-structuring, and composing argumentative texts;
Openess to taking on challenges and seeing them as opportunities for growth;
Ability to thrive in deadline-driven and project-based environments;
Fluent level of Ukrainian and at upper-intermediate level of English, both verbal and written;
Readiness to reach for excellence and produce results that add value to the business;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Skills Required
