Financial hygiene: assist PMs with open PO reviews, accrual needs, and closure requests per policy; ensure documentation is audit-ready ahead of month end.
Process improvement: capture lessons learned, update playbooks/templates, and drive adoption of collaboration and AI tools to improve efficiency and quality.
Payments execution (examples you'll support)

Lifecycle programmes (activation, usage, balance build, retention) with defined cohorts, controls, and test-and-learn design; monitor impact and iterate.
card + companion wallet rollouts: product setup, partner onboarding, and tokenized wallet flows.

Design, launch, and scale end-to-end loyalty programs-from strategy & business case → platform/vendor selection & integration → earn/burn and catalog configuration → partner onboarding & GTM → migration & BAU handover → performance dashboards, governance, and continuous optimization.
Team Collaboration & Culture
Turn complex analysis into crisp storytelling; prepare decision-ready materials for senior stakeholders.
Lead or co-lead internal/client meetings; coordinate a complex range of activities; proactively surface risks/impacts on timelines.
Contribute to Mastercard intellectual capital (playbooks, dashboards, templates) and act as a strong brand ambassador for Data & Services.
All About You
Experience: Proven track record running projects/programmes in payments or financial services and applying consulting methods (issue structuring, hypotheses, quant/qual analysis, recommendations).
