Senior People Specialist
The EEMEA People and Capability (P&C) team are responsible for partnering with business leaders across the regions and our global COE colleagues to lead and drive people priorities and initiatives to enable accomplishment of organizational and business goals/priorities. We are looking for a senior People Specialist to join our team and support various P&C programs and initiatives. The role will report directly in to the Regional P&C Lead.
Responsibilities:• The P&C programs and initiatives could cover a broad range of topics (e.g. Workforce Planning and Analytics, Change Management and Organizational Development, Early Career Talents, Culture Change, Workforce reskilling and upskilling, Employee Experience, Continuous improvement, and P&C communications)• Supports data tracking and reporting around key projects, goals, metrics, and success criteria, and track progress against key performance indicators and to identify opportunities for process improvement and organizational effectiveness• Support with organization and execution of Regional P&C milestones such as Performance calibrations, Talent Planning, Quarterly Reviews, Engagement Surveys etc• Support with internal communications around the impact of P&C projects by using data and success stories to illustrate business outcomes to key stakeholders• Provides Workday administrative support where required such as org/ job changes, position creation, data updates etc
All About You • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple and/or complex projects simultaneously and drive results within established timelines.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights• Demonstrated ability to deliver flawless execution • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across different levels of the organization• Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required as well as foundational knowledge of AI tools
