What Sales Operations Management contributes to Cardinal Health

The Commercial Strategy & Support team enables the U.S. Medical Products and Distribution sales & marketing teams with information, content and tools that help them be more efficient and effective. We are responsible for strategic oversight and leadership direction within the Commercial Enablement function when it comes to sales tools.

Responsibilities

Salesforce:

  • Stay current with new Salesforce features and functionality to provide support to Users

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize Salesforce functionality

  • Provide Salesforce Level 2 support to Users

Sales Team Engagement:

  • Develop and deliver presentations and trainings to communicate Salesforce related processes

  • Establish, build and maintain key relationships

Salesforce & Sales Insights Champion Program:

  • Manage and measure effectiveness of the Champion program

  • Facilitate Champion meetings

Tableau:

  • Communicate with users to ensure they are able to use Tableau dashboards effectively

  • Create and maintain Tableau job aids that analyze Salesforce and Sales data


Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of experience preferred
  • BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally on projects with the Business
  • Strong organization and presentation skills
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Experience with Tableau preferred
  • Experience supporting Salesforce Power Users preferred
  • Experience with creating user manuals or other internally-facing documentation or materials preferred

  • Support the Cardinal Health Medical Sales Team by managing the continuous improvement and standardization of team processes.
  • Play a key role in enhancing the efficiency of the sales team.
  • Participate collaboratively in activities that directly contribute to the success of the sales team.
  • Operate in a highly matrixed organization that relies on building support in other groups and the ability to influence through others, deliver results, and earn trust quickly of the organization and stakeholders. 
  • Work independently with minimal oversight, manage multiple deliverables simultaneously; take ownership of issue resolution and completion of deliverables. 
  • Regularly report project status to management.

Anticipated salary range: $66,500 - $94,900

**The salary range listed is an estimate. Pay at Cardinal Health is determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographical location, relevant education, experience and skills and an evaluation of internal pay equity.
