As the Consultant Sales Manager for Applied HVAC products, you will be responsible for driving the specification of Johnson Controls’ solutions with MEP consultants, developers, contractors, and key stakeholders across Türkiye, with a primary focus on major projects in İstanbul and surrounding regions.
Your focus will be on our HVAC product portfolio — specifically Chillers, Air Handling Units (AHUs) and Fan Coil Units (FCUs) — ensuring these solutions are positioned, promoted, and specified in commercial, industrial, and mixed‑use developments throughout the Turkish market.
You will work closely with our Türkiye organization to strengthen consultant engagement, expand market presence, and support our long‑term growth strategy in the region.
You will be accountable for securing specifications for our Chillers and Airside products with consultants, clients, and contractors, while also supporting the broader team with value engineering, basis‑of‑design development, and technical training on HVAC equipment.
As part of Johnson Controls, you will operate in a dynamic, collaborative environment that enables you to leverage your technical expertise and commercial insight to deliver on our business objectives.
How You Will Do It
In this role, you will use your strong technical background in Chillers, AHUs, and FCUs to influence consultant designs and ensure Johnson Controls solutions are included in project specifications.
You will conduct technical presentations, product trainings, and seminars for consultants, end users, and industry partners.You will proactively develop long‑term customer relationships, manage multiple priorities, and support the sales cycle with strong planning, organization, and time‑management skills.
What We Look For
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum five years of experience in the applied HVAC field
Strong technical knowledge of chillers, chilled‑water systems, and airside equipment
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with MEP consultants, contractors, and end users
Demonstrated capability in providing technical advice and developing HVAC solutions
