Roles and Responsibilities
Radiological Image Annotation & Interpretation:
Annotate radiological images (X-rays, CT scans, etc.) to support AI model training and validation.
Provide expert interpretation and diagnostic insights on various imaging studies.
Clinical Expertise & Guidance:
Offer subject matter expertise on imaging, radiology, and disease pathophysiology.
Support AI/ML teams in refining model outputs with clinical accuracy.
Assist in defining annotation guidelines and best practices.
Model Performance Evaluation & Feedback:
Review AI-generated reports and provide feedback to improve accuracy and reliability.
Participate in clinical validation studies to assess model efficacy.
Collaborate with the product team to refine user experience and workflow integration.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align clinical requirements with AI development.
Document findings and maintain records of image annotations and model performance evaluations.
Travel Commitment:
Be open to travel up to 10% of the time for meetings, conferences, and clinical engagements.
Required
Educational Background:
MD or DNB in Radiology with a minimum of 1 year of post-specialization experience, OR
DMRD with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field.
Professional Expertise:
Strong experience in radiological image interpretation.
Familiarity with digital imaging software and annotation tools.
Preferred
Prior experience working with AI/ML projects in radiology.
Understanding of clinical workflows and medical imaging regulatory standards.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Skills Required
