Lead expansion of an AI-powered lung cancer solution into the U.S. market. Own client solution architecture, workflow scoping, agentic AI prompt and logic design, product roadmap input, quality governance, analytics, customer NPS, and sales enablement. Collaborate across healthcare clients, vendors, Business Development, Operations, and Engineering to deliver reliable, clinically accurate implementations and translate customer feedback into scalable product improvements.

Support the end-to-end deployment and adoption of Qure.ai’s AI-powered lung cancer solution across US customer sites. Coordinate with clinical, IT, administrative, engineering, AI, platform, and support teams to manage integrations, workflows, go-lives, issue resolution, and post-deployment stabilization. Translate customer and payer needs into product insights, improve deployment playbooks and SOPs, and develop product narratives and strategic assets that support business development and customer conversion.

Build and deploy production-grade LLM features for healthcare workflows, including clinician assistants and diagnostic automation. Develop APIs, internal tools, RAG workflows, model integrations, prompt management, evaluation systems, observability, and safety guardrails. Optimize latency, cost, and reliability through caching, batching, and fallback strategies. Collaborate across infrastructure, product, research, and clinical teams while leading end-to-end initiatives and supporting responsible LLM adoption.

Own AI products from early models through clinical validation, deployment, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include defining product requirements, evaluating model performance, developing datasets, coordinating clinical and regulatory studies, designing clinical workflows, supporting deployments, monitoring site performance, and translating findings into model improvements. The role requires hands-on analysis and prototyping with Python, SQL, and AI-assisted coding tools while collaborating with research, engineering, clinical, and product teams.

Provides day-to-day IT support for internal users, resolving hardware, software, network, access, and endpoint issues. Responsibilities include device setup, user onboarding and offboarding, account and access management, ticket ownership, IT asset tracking, endpoint health monitoring, documentation, and escalation of complex issues. Supports Windows and macOS environments, networking, VPN, Wi-Fi, email, collaboration tools, and business applications while maintaining reliable support across office and remote work setups.

Develop US healthcare product positioning, messaging, value propositions, sales collateral, content, campaigns, and enablement tools for AI-driven medical imaging products. Partner with Product, Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, Legal, Brand, and Customer Success teams on launches, market research, competitive intelligence, conferences, KOL engagement, and field marketing. Manage cross-functional projects independently across a globally distributed organization.

Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, webinars, and events. Write short- and long-form content, including emails, newsletters, case studies, impact stories, white papers, and sales enablement materials. Coordinate event communications, monitor global health and competitor trends, and collaborate with business, design, regulatory, finance, legal, and external stakeholders. Support internal reviews requiring regulatory or compliance clearance.
