Own goal tracking and weekly review cadences for the Life Sciences business. Research pharma and MedTech decision-makers, analyze platform data in Excel, identify market whitespace and trends, monitor competitors, support lead generation, and create decks, proposals, and partnership materials. The role also identifies opportunities to automate repetitive workflows using AI and translates research and analytics into actionable business insights.

The Site Reliability Engineer will deploy and maintain AI software across Linux and Windows customer environments, manage on-premise hospital infrastructure, optimize GPU workloads, and troubleshoot OS, network, and application issues. Responsibilities include infrastructure automation with Ansible or Terraform, monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK, incident response, root cause analysis, security hardening, access control, and customer communication. Frequent domestic and international travel is required for deployments and on-site engagements.

Develop US healthcare product positioning, messaging, value propositions, sales collateral, content, campaigns, and enablement tools for AI-driven medical imaging products. Partner with Product, Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, Legal, Brand, and Customer Success teams on launches, market research, competitive intelligence, conferences, KOL engagement, and field marketing. Manage cross-functional projects independently across a globally distributed organization.

Leads Qure.ai’s US go-to-market strategy for healthcare AI solutions, including segmentation, positioning, messaging, commercialization, product launches, campaigns, and sales enablement. Builds relationships with oncology and life sciences stakeholders, monitors campaign performance, drives pipeline growth and adoption, and collaborates with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Medical Affairs, PR, and global marketing teams. The role also mentors US marketing resources and vendors while supporting category leadership in the US healthcare market.

Provide internal IT support by troubleshooting hardware, software, network, access, and endpoint issues. Manage tickets, user onboarding and offboarding, account provisioning, device setup, IT assets, endpoint health, and documentation. Support Windows and macOS devices, Wi-Fi, VPN, email, collaboration tools, and business applications while escalating complex issues and improving support processes.

Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, webinars, and events. Write short- and long-form content, including emails, newsletters, case studies, impact stories, white papers, and sales enablement materials. Coordinate event communications, monitor global health and competitor trends, and collaborate with business, design, regulatory, finance, legal, and external stakeholders. Support internal reviews requiring regulatory or compliance clearance.

Coordinate end-to-end ultrasound screening workflows in hospital settings, including patient referrals, scheduling, clinical hand-offs, device readiness, training, data capture, dashboards, quality compliance, and issue resolution. Collaborate with radiology, emergency, IT, biomedical engineering, administration, vendors, and monitoring teams. Maintain trackers, inventories, SOPs, training records, and weekly reports while supporting patient follow-up and confidentiality.

Deploy and maintain AI software across Linux and Windows customer environments. Manage on-premise infrastructure, OS patching, hardening, capacity planning, monitoring, alerting, and logging across cloud and on-premise systems. Diagnose production issues, support infrastructure-as-code implementations, participate in incident response and post-mortems, and improve service reliability. Collaborate with security, engineering, product, and customer success teams while communicating technical findings to hospital stakeholders and traveling frequently across Kenya and Africa.

Manage day-to-day client communication and project action items for global healthcare software deployments. Coordinate client, program, administrative, IT, and engineering stakeholders; resolve issues; track tickets; support meetings and documentation; provide status reporting; and partner with finance on invoicing and transaction closure. The role requires strong communication, analytical problem-solving, execution discipline, and occasional domestic and international travel.

Leads clinical research and real-world evidence studies for AI-enabled oncology solutions, including protocol development, statistical analysis plans, IRB documentation, data quality review, study monitoring, literature reviews, and scientific publications. Collaborates with clinicians, investigators, CROs, pharmaceutical companies, payers, providers, and internal teams. Focuses on US lung health pathways, clinical utility, implementation, reimbursement, regulatory compliance, and translating research findings into evidence-based narratives.

Manage strategic initiatives and multi-stakeholder partnership projects involving governments, donors, implementation partners, and internal teams. Develop workplans, timelines, proposal materials, donor briefs, and strategic analyses. Coordinate cross-functional inputs, track opportunities from engagement through launch, identify risks and bottlenecks, and drive timely delivery. Support funder mapping, stakeholder research, leadership preparation, and fundraising efforts across global health markets.

Interpret and annotate radiological images, including X-rays and CT scans, to support AI model training and validation. Provide clinical guidance to AI/ML teams, define annotation standards, evaluate AI-generated reports, participate in clinical validation studies, and collaborate with product teams on workflow integration. Document findings and model performance evaluations. Travel up to 10% may be required.
