We’re committed to attracting dedicated Psychiatrists who want to make a meaningful impact. As part of your welcome to the team, you’ll receive a generous sign‑on bonus, up to $25,000:
- 0.2 FTE: $15,000 ($5,000 at 6 months + $10,000 at 12 months)
- 0.4–0.5 FTE: $25,000 ($10,000 at 6 months + $15,000 at 12 months)

- Assess, diagnose, and treat early psychosis
