We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Consultant to join our Legal team. The successful candidate will provide legal support and advice, assist in reviewing contracts and legal documents, and support the organization in ensuring compliance with applicable Saudi laws and regulations.
- Provide legal advice and support on day-to-day legal matters.
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and provide clear legal opinions when required.
- Support the company in matters related to Saudi Labor, Commercial, Civil, and other applicable laws and regulations.
- Assist in identifying and assessing legal risks and recommend appropriate actions.

- Other relevant Saudi laws and regulations
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- 1–3 years of relevant legal experience
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Commercial Law
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Civil Law and other applicable Saudi laws and regulations
- Ability to review, analyze, and understand contracts
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
