Your responsibilities for this function :
As a leader in digital transformation, you will participate in the different phases of transformation projects within a caring and dynamic team. Depending on your profile and the needs of the projects, you will be involved in one or several of the following areas of expertise:
• Project Management: You will assist project managers in monitoring and coordinating the various stages of digital transformation. This includes organizing meetings, tracking schedules, updating monitoring documents, and communicating with the teams. You will help ensure the smooth progress of projects, meeting deadlines and quality objectives.
• Performance and Process Improvement: Alongside the consultants, you will analyze our clients’ current processes, help identify optimization levers, and participate in implementing improvements. You will conduct analyses and diagnostics to better understand the challenges and needs of organizations, thereby contributing to continuous improvement.
• Product Management: Supporting the product team, you will participate in the development and improvement of digital products. You will collaborate with the development and design teams to ensure that the solutions created meet user needs. You may assist in defining features, prioritizing tasks, and monitoring production.
Your skills:
• You are a graduate of an engineering or business school and have proven experience in consulting (strategy, organization and management, digital, innovation) and/or in Business Units as part of transformation projects involving digital and innovation (customer experience, omnichannel, e-commerce, digital marketing, data, etc.).
• You have developed a strong technological culture and an understanding of the different challenges related to digital transformation.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills, with very good oral and written communication abilities, able to intelligently engage teams who are highly solicited on their projects.
• You possess strong analytical and synthesis skills, as well as the ability to take a step back.
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit that allows you to propose innovative solutions.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office and have a good sense of aesthetics.
• You are fluent in French/English or Dutch/English
