• Understand the project's Vision and requirements, and contribute to the creation of the supplemental requirements, building the low-level technical specifications for a particular platform and/or service solution.
Project Planning, Tracking, & Reporting
• Estimate the tasks and resources required to design, create (build), and test the code for assigned module(s).
• Provide inputs in creating the detailed schedule for the project.
• Support the team in project planning activities, in evaluating risks, and shuffle priorities based on unresolved issues.
• During development and testing, ensure that assigned parts of the project/modules are on track with respect to schedules and quality.
• Note scope changes within the assigned modules and work with the team to shuffle priorities accordingly.
• Communicate regularly with the team about development changes, scheduling, and status.

Job Summary: The DevOps Manager is responsible for leading and managing the DevOps team, driving the implementation and adoption of DevOps practices, tools, and processes across the organization. This role plays a crucial part in bridging the gap between development and operations teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring efficient software delivery pipelines.

Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in DevOps & AWS Cloud Platform
Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and technologies such as Git, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS cloud platforms
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices.
Experience in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) and configuration management tools.
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Kubernetes Certified Administrator, or similar).
Experience with cloud-native architectures and microservices.
Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
