RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Issuer Services team focuses on complex public securities corporate action and liability management events globally.
This Consultant role will focus on assisting the Managing Consultants on routine transactions related to specific Issuer Services functions, including the following:
Analysis and escalation of findings related to event documentation
Identification of risks associated with various corporate action events, including rights offerings, tender offers and securities exchange offers
Coordination of launch of various corporate action events
Learning and understanding distribution mechanics related to Issuer Services transactions
Handling inquiries
Understanding and recreating models/reports
REQUIREMENTS:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired
Functional PC (specifically Microsoft Office, including MS Excel) skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively
Eager to learn new concepts and receive feedback on performance
Flexibility with work schedule is a must - shifts will cover all hours of operations, including beyond ordinary business hours
Legal, financial or technology industry background a plus
