Position Summary:Job Summary: The Consultant I works among a team of professionals responsible for developing standardized solutions for our customers. This role will research, isolate, diagnose, resolve and follow-up on problems for customer change events. When necessary, the Consultant I will also manage escalated events as appropriate.Essential Responsibilities / DutiesInstall, upgrade, test, and configure systems as part of completing implementation project.
Consult with clients to analyze and verify operational needs, and to understand clients' business objectives and goals
Inform customer and other stakeholders of project progress
Perform post-sale initial technical implementation of technology products
Conduct tasks and assignments as directed
Work under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment
Track progress of Implementation project(s). Ensure deadlines are met and scheduling issues resolved
Configure, validate, and test EDI implementations based on customer and trading partner requirements.
Perform end-to-end EDI document testing and validation to ensure successful customer readiness and production deployment.
Manage multiple implementation projects while meeting quality and delivery expectations.
Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve implementation issues and achieve successful go-live.
Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent experience.
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Ability to apply, test, and re-configure data rules to produce desired results
A balanced mix of skills: driver and facilitator, tactical leader and doer
Experience with EDI, XML, data mapping and analysis, or SaaS implementations.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders in a technical, customer-facing environment.
This role follows a remote set-up in the Philippines.

The annual salary range for this role is: PHP 971,400.00 – PHP 1,457,100.00 . The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
