About the job:
As a Consultant, Financial Services, you will gain hands-on consulting experience in the financial services industry, building strong expertise across a diverse range of clients, projects, and solutions. You will apply your problem-solving and project management skills in a fast-paced and intellectually stimulating environment. You will play a key role in building trusted client relationships through high quality deliverables and leveraging our industry expertise. Our consultants are our greatest asset, and we show this by providing a comprehensive training and mentoring program to equip you to become a skilled consultant.
Job requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in consulting, financial services, or banking
• Good understanding of core business processes and products in private banking and wealth management
• Experience in business analysis, system implementation, or transformation projects is advantageous
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to grasp complex concepts quickly
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage clients and stakeholders
• Demonstrates a proactive mindset, team spirit, and willingness to learn
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a plus

Job responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis, including research, data collection, and client interviews/workshops to identify needs and translate them into well-structured solutions
• Drive the preparation and delivery of high-quality client presentations, including business proposals and recommendation decks
• Support and execute system implementation activities, including solution design and parameterization where required
• Ensure project documentation is comprehensive and aligned with processes for management review
• Maintain close interaction with clients through regular updates, stakeholder management, and relationship building
• Collaborate effectively within project teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of outcomes
