About the job:
As a Senior Consultant, Financial Services, you will gain hands-on consulting experience in the financial services industry, building strong expertise across a diverse range of clients, projects, and solutions. You will apply your problem-solving and project management skills in a fast-paced and intellectually stimulating environment. You will play a key role in building trusted client relationships through high quality deliverables and leveraging our industry expertise. Our consultants are our greatest asset, and we show this by providing a comprehensive training and mentoring program to equip you to become a skilled consultant.
Job requirements

• Degree holder
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in consulting, financial services, or technology-related roles
• Good understanding of core business processes and products in private banking and/or insurance
• Experience in business analysis, system implementation, or transformation projects is advantageous
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a plus
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to grasp complex concepts quickly
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage clients and stakeholders
• Demonstrates a proactive mindset, team spirit, and willingness to learn
• Understands Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI (GenAI), including their practical applications in business and technology environments, with the ability to leverage AI-enabled tools and technologies to drive innovation, productivity, and business outcomes.
• Demonstrates the abilityto effectively incorporate AI-enabled tools into consulting engagements,  project management, business analysis, solution design, technology delivery, and business development activities to enhance delivery quality, efficiency, and client value.
• Embraces emerging technologies, demonstrates an AI-first mindset, and proactively identifies opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve ways of working, accelerate innovation, and create measurable business impact for clients and the firm.

Job responsibilities

• Independently drive the success of a workstream by directing activities, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely execution
• Manage and mentor a team of consultants by defining structured work packages, overseeing progress, and providing guidance
• Lead client engagements, including facilitating workshops and driving discussions to identify business needs and shape solutions
• Translate client requirements into clear functional and technical specifications, supporting solution design and implementation
• Oversee project documentation, ensuring deliverables and processes are accurately captured for management review
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular updates, stakeholder management, and ongoing engagement
• Contribute to business development activities, including topic development, proposal preparation, sales presentations, and contract discussions

• Understands Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI (GenAI), including their practical applications in business and technology environments, with the ability to leverage AI-enabled tools and technologies to drive innovation, productivity, and business outcomes.
